Questions

Does it replace my accountant or bookkeeper?

No. It does the hours of capturing, reconciling and chasing so your accountant (or you) only reviews and signs off. Anything unclear goes to a short list of questions for you.

Is my data safe? What about POPIA?

Each business gets its own workspace. Nothing is sent to customers, SARS or suppliers without your approval, and every action is logged. We only use your data to do your work.

Which banks and accounting systems?

FinBot reads PDF statements, including scans, and exports to Excel plus an import file for Sage, Xero or QuickBooks.

Can I start with just one?
