How buying works

Where you pay

Sonneblom products are sold through our Etsy shop and, for many printables, our Gumroad shop. Each product page has a button that takes you to the listing, and Etsy or Gumroad handles the payment securely. Prices are in US dollars; rand amounts on this site are approximate.

Printables (digital downloads)

You receive the PDF files right after payment, from the Etsy or Gumroad download page and by email. Nothing is posted. Print at home or at any print shop, as many copies as you need for personal or classroom use.

Gifts (T-shirts, mugs, posters and more)

Gifts are printed to order and shipped worldwide by our print partner. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days; delivery time and shipping cost depend on your country and are shown on Etsy before you pay. You get a tracking link when your order ships.

Returns and problems

Because digital files are delivered instantly, printables can't be returned, but if a file won't open or something is wrong, message us and we'll fix it or refund you. For gifts that arrive damaged, misprinted or faulty, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace the item or refund you. Etsy's Purchase Protection also covers orders placed on Etsy.
